On this tour, you'll visit the market with me as we see and taste the exotic fruits of Colombia and munch down a number of local Colombian dishes straight from the Colombian grandma's kitchen. You'll try some classic Colombian delights such as empanadas, sancocho, lechona, tamales and so much more. Depending on the pace of the cyclists and their interests, the tour may end with a visit to a tejo match.
